Shipping 

International Shipping: We ship the big packages via EMS (Express Mail Service), which is a door to door service.
The small packages we ship via EcoPost to provide you with the lowest shipping rate we can.
Ballistic integrated products will be ship only to the countries below:
Austria, Hungary, Poland, Brazil, Costa Rica, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal,Guatemala,
Canada, UK, Norway, Czech Republic, Jamaica, Australia,Germany, Slovenia,
France, Mexico, Denmark, Slovakia, Sweden,Panama, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Chile. 

  
Shipping Time: Within 2 business days from getting your order we will pack and send it to you.
EMS – Usually takes about 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep. 
EcoPost – Usually takes about 14 business day.
*Business days – Sunday to Thursday
With each order you'll get tracking number. 

 
Returns: We believe in providing our customers with the highest quality gear and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days from the date the product is received for a full refund of the product cost (less shipping) if the item(s) are unused.
(If you’ve purchased your product from one of our authorized dealers, you'll have to reach out to that dealer for a return or exchange.)
Simply contact us to let us know to be on the look out for your package, and for you to receive our mailing address in Israel.
Refund will be made after we receive the returned product and make sure it meets the criteria for return.
Returned products must be unused, completely clean, and in the original packaging. We recommend sending the package with tracking so you can make sure it gets to us.
