At Marom Dolphin, production always starts by evaluating each customer's needs and develop for each customer the perfect solution fitted to their

specific needs. Our Research & Development team is dedicated to designing state of the art textile solutions with innovative capabilities and performance.

The key aspects of our designs are:

  • Ergonomics and load-bearing distribution.
  • Superior designs for ultimate user experience.
  • Development and use of special materials for advanced features.

3D designing

Designing is done either on paper or by using advanced 3D software, in which we are able to import CAD drawings from our customers for perfect fitting.

The use of 3D designing software allows us optimal interaction with our customers by digitally sending multiple visual concepts with short reaction time for changes.

From concept to production

We then convert the 3D models into 2D patterns to be used in another special software which optimizes the lay-outs of the patterns for each material

for best consumption of the raw materials.

The layout software allows us to be accurate throughout the project so that the first article and all other items are identical.

All production stages are controlled by QA throughout the project.
